Agile Scrum Master Agile Scrum Master Bangalore, Hybrid Permanent, full time INTO’s mission: Transforming international student academic and career success through winning university partnerships. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Scrum Master with more than 8 years of experience to join our Digital Systems software development group. You will be working with development teams located in India, Eastern Europe, and the UK to guide and nurture teams to deliver new software products on the most up-to-date tech stacks. As a member of our team of Scrum Masters, you will create and support a culture of self-organisation and productivity and ensure timely delivery of business value. Responsibilities: • Ensure that agile ceremonies take place and are efficient, including remotely and with offshore teams where necessary. • Ensure that agile artefacts are maintained and accessible (e.g., ticketing systems for managing workflow, output metrics, sprint records). • Steer the development teams towards achieving an optimal volume of good quality deliverables. • Work proactively to remove obstacles to productive team working and facilitate the teams removing obstacles themselves. • Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to facilitate the efficient flow of work to the backlog. • Balance commercial business needs with the need to maintain productive, engaged teams. • Act as a source of good practice in agile methods, process innovation, and continuous improvement. • Create an environment where teams are confident to identify, discuss and resolve problems. • Give guidance to self-organizing teams to help them achieve their potential. • Educate and coach new teams, individuals, and stakeholders in the use of agile processes. Requirements: • Minimum 8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master • Professional Agile certification, e.g., Certified Scrum Master/Professional Scrum Master • Familiarity with project tools, e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio, TFS • Ability to capture and communicate meaningful metrics to keep team and stakeholders informed • Experience using agile techniques and tools like User stories, planning poker games • Strong skills in communication, empathy, and conflict resolution • Understanding of ‘servant leadership’ and facilitation • Evidence of supporting teams to introduce continuous improvement If you meet the requirements and are excited about the opportunity to work in a close and supportive development team culture at INTO, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
