POSITION OVERVIEW : - Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) As an HCL Commerce-Senior/Lead Developer, your role will involve developing high-quality, efficient and maintainable code using HCL Commerce.

- You will participate in every phase of the software development cycle, from design to testing, and play a key role in defining the scope and project's timeline.

- Your profound knowledge of HCL Commerce and related technologies will be critical in driving successful client projects tailored to their unique needs.

Basic Qualifications : - 5 years of proven experience as a HCL Commerce Developer or a similar role.

- 5 years of proficiency in Java, J2 EE, JSP, SQL, XML, Java Script and other relevant technologies.

- In-depth understanding of the HCL Commerce platform and development of best practices.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to handle complex issues.

- Experience in leading development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and ensure the quality of your own projects.

- Familiarity with testing and debugging applications.
