Duties and Responsibilities: Security Delivery and Engineering (75%) Act as a domain expert for security and IT initiatives, providing technical guidance to multi-functional teams.

Deliver engineering support for the Sail Point IIQ platform, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Manage manual and automated SDLC processes, enhancing CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.

Contribute to IAM-related tasks, from agile story development to object creation in Sail Point.

Build strong relationships with internal customers and third-party vendors to deliver tailored security solutions.

Develop IAM security strategies that align with business objectives, and contribute to technology evaluation and implementation.

Ensure best practices and compliance for IAM security services.

Security Process Improvement and Organizational Alignment (25%) Create and maintain clear documentation for security service delivery processes.

Identify and implement improvements to enhance security operations.

Educate team members and business partners on IAM processes, fostering alignment and collaboration.

Ensure security initiatives support broader organizational goals.

Follow all company policies and security protocols.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the IT Security team.

Qualifications and Requirements: Three (3) years or more relevant technical engineering experience and/or technical background within Information Security or security-related infrastructure, preferably in various Identity and Access Management technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Sail Point Identity IQ with relevant certification being highly desirable.

Alternatively, a four (4) year degree and at least two (2) years of experience in technology position.

Hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity IQ in large-scale environments is highly preferred.

Certification in Sail Point or related IAM technologies is a strong plus.

Demonstrable ability to successfully connect with multi-functional teams, working with customers at all levels of the organizationfrom executives to developers.

Experience with Git and Git Hub (including Git Hub Actions) for version control and CI/CD automation.

In-depth knowledge of Sail Point IIQ, including deployment, integration, and maintenance in sophisticated environments.

Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Adept at working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Competent in operating various devices, including computers, tablets, and mobile devices, to support job functions.
