Responsibilities: Security Delivery and Engineering (75%): Resolves customer work tickets related to Cyber Ark, Venafi PKI/Certs, and Azure AD functionality.

Cyber Ark safe management through the creation, configuration and management of safes within Cyber Ark.

Uses Sail Point IIQ to provision, deprovision and manage safe access across teams.

Runs routine reports on account and safe activity, maintains accurate documentation, and records compliance evidence as required.

Troubleshoots and resolves issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Collaborates with IT and security teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.

Collaborates with GRC and auditors by preparing and reviewing access and activity reports, conducting audit reviews, and responding to audit inquiries Provides technical support and guidance to customers and key business collaborators.

Stays ahead of the latest security trends and technologies to consistently improve the organization's security posture.

Serves as technical resource on various initiatives.

Establishes and maintains good working relationships with all customers.

Understands customer objectives and develops strategies that map to security service offerings.

Advocates for new/enhanced Privileged Access Security services on behalf of customers.

Thorough with strong organizational skills for handling repetitive tasks.

Supplies requirements to technology selection process.

Security Process Improvement and Organizational Alignment (25%): Documents various aspects of Security Service Delivery in support of Service Management Teams.

Finds opportunities to engage, educate, and coordinate other team members and customers upon which Security and its processes depend.

Understands Security and company objectives and how they map to Security Service Offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements: Three (3) years or more relevant technical development experience and/or technical background within Information Security or security-related infrastructure, preferably in various Identity and Access Management technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Cyber Ark and Azure.

Alternatively, a four (4) year degree and at least three (2) years of experience in a relevant development position.

Ability to work on multi-functional teams.

Ability to work with all levels of the organization: Executives to developers.

Experience or coursework related to Cyber Ark, Sail Point, or identity and access management.

Basic knowledge of IT security principles, including access control and least privilege.

Practical experience with Azure SSO.

Experience with Service Now ticketing system.

Knowledge of Azure/On Prem Active Directory and Service Accounts.

Application of logic, reasoning, and problem solving.

Strong ability to work with time/date deadlines.

Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Applies knowledge (principles, theories, and concepts) and skills of a specific/specialized technical area within the context of a similar industry or type of organization.

Power Shell experience preferred.
