A., and People Soft Benefits Administration by acting as subject matter expert.

- People Soft Absence Management experience, preferred - Ability to develop reports in BI Publisher and create PS Queries - Ability to facilitate functional design requirement sessions and create functional design : - Produce functional specifications for development requests.

Works closely with technical developers, end users, and project managers to create world class solutions for Sierra-Cedar's internal People Soft applications - Configure the People Soft Core HR, People Soft Payroll, and People Soft Benefits Administration system to meet Sierra-Cedar's internal business requirements - Develop and execute test plans including unit, integration, and full end-to-end tests for application enhancements, patching, and upgrades.

Facilitates user acceptance testing.

- Provide quality formal and informal documentation such as functional specifications and training guides - Assists Sierra-Cedar's internal team in fully integrating the People Soft system into their current business environments and provides input on best practices - Advises internal People Soft teams on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems (ref:hirist.tech)
