As a Principal Product Owner in our Data Team, you will: Work with a cross-functional development team to drive change and deliver high-impact data products.

Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Own the product backlog, prioritizing features to maximize business value.

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of data products.

Lead sprint planning and align the team with Agile best practices.

Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Must-Have Experience: 3-5 years as a Product Owner, preferably in data product development.

Proven track record working in cross-functional teams, delivering data insights in retail or a similar sector.

Strong business analysis skills to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

Technical Skills: Solid understanding of data infrastructure, including data pipelines, databases, and cloud platforms.

Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).

Ability to collaborate with technical teams for scalable data product delivery.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
