About the team: The opportunity is for a role in the Digital Transactions team.

Our team contributes to the Global e-commerce business by providing Order Management and Order Orchestration capabilities with Omni Fulfillment experience.

This team is also in journey of transforming a traditional monolith architecture to a cloud-based micro-service architecture.

This team is responsible for designing OMS system & Order services that contribute to Lululemon goal to double Global e-commerce presence by 2023.

Who You Are: The ideal candidate performs the development of high-performing, well-tested, and thoughtfully architected software applications that satisfy our internal business needs and power guest experiences.

Has proven experience in effectively applying mathematical, and social principles to design, build, & maintain technology products, and solutions that provide fantastic customer experiences.

A Day in the Life: Have a good understanding of algorithms, data structures, programming languages, programming paradigms to test and operate sustainable client-side or server-side software applications and services.

Develop scalable, secure modern micro-services using Spring Boot, test driven development, and cloud native design patterns.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production system issues.

Discuss the current sprint and any problems that need to be addressed by our Tech Managers and Scrum Masters.

Work with the teams to add and refine acceptance criteria and the definition-of-done to user stories.

Partner with other lululemon technical teams (middleware, database, and infrastructure) to create interface documents and mappings to ensure the e Commerce platform is built in a Service Oriented Architecture manner Provide L3 support for Production issues Must Haves: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent 10- 12 years of software engineering experience 8 years experience designing design scalable, secure modern micro-services using Spring Boot, test driven development, and cloud native design patterns Proven experience building and deploying microservices (On cloud infra) in distributed systems.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or similar frameworks.

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Strong knowledge of SQL and No SQL databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies.

Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka, Rabbit MQ, etc.

Solid understanding of security best practices, OAuth, JWT, and API security.

Proficiency in Git and Git-based workflows.

Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI).

Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).

IBM Sterling Order Management experience is a strong plus.

Order Management domain knowledge is a strong plus.
