The Senior QA Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and executing test plans for in-store retail commerce technology projects, such as Oracle POS, Microsoft POS, or equivalent systems.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met, aligning QA processes with business objectives and user needs.

The QA Engineer will also design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency in a fast-paced, global fashion retail environment.

As a Sr. QA Engineer, you will: Develop and execute test plans and test cases for in-store retail commerce technology projects, such as Oracle POS, Microsoft POS, or equivalent systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.

Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of retail commerce systems.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, Test NG, or equivalent.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the QA process.

Utilize data-driven insights to inform testing strategies and demonstrate the impact of quality assurance on retail operations.

Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation within the QA team.

Experience in analyzing and mapping customer journeys, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
