Key Responsibilities : - Backend Development : Build and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js, Java Script, and AWS Lambda in a serverless architecture.

- API Development : Design, implement, and manage RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate with other services and applications.

- CI/CD and Deployment : Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud-based deployment processes to automate and streamline the development lifecycle.

- System Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and ensure continuous uptime and reliability.

- Proactive System Management : Use tools and best practices to maintain the reliability and availability of services in production environments.

- Agile Collaboration : Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality software iteratively.

- Client-Focused Development : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, propose solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in backend development using AWS services, with a strong focus on AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.

- Proficiency in Node.js and Java Script for building scalable, high-performance applications.

- Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud-based deployment processes.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and monitoring skills to maintain system uptime and reliability.

- Familiarity with tools for proactive system management and service reliability.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering software iteratively.

Preferred Qualifications : - Familiarity with AWS Cloud Formation, API Gateway, Dynamo DB, and other AWS services.

- Experience with containerization and Docker is a plus.

- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Cloud Watch, New Relic, or Datadog (ref:hirist.tech)
