- Demonstrated experience in system design and implementing service-oriented architectures.

- Strong ability to write clean, well-tested, and efficient code.

- Experience with rapid growth in a company (e.g, from a startup to mid-size).

- Ability to mentor and uplift junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high standards.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and transparent practices.
