We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, including the Force.com platform, and possess certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2).

The role involves leading a team of developers, managing Salesforce projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of customized solutions that meet business requirements.

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead with strong expertise in the Force.com platform.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2) are required.

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience in team management and project leadership.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : - Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure best practices in coding and architecture.

- Solution Design : Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging the Force.com platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Project Management : Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

- Customization and Development : Develop custom applications and enhancements using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Integration : Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other teams to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, and implement best practices to continuously improve the Salesforce environment.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for designs, configurations, and codebase, ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing.
