Job Description : Role : Service Now Senior Developer We are seeking an experienced Service Now Senior Developer to lead the development and integration of core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Release Management, and Service Catalog.

The successful candidate will also integrate the client's Service Now environment with the IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite.

This role requires advanced knowledge of workflow automation and strong integration skills to ensure a seamless Service Now deployment.

Key Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and maintain core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Release, and Service Catalog) within Service Now.

- Design and implement workflow automation for streamlined service operations.

- Integrate the Service Now platform with the ITOM suite, ensuring interoperability with the client's IT environment.

- Configure and optimize CMDB for effective asset tracking, incident response, and problem management.

- Develop and manage release processes to ensure controlled and successful Service Now updates.

- Facilitate Service Catalog customization and automation, creating a user-friendly catalog for client services.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand and map business requirements to Service Now configurations and customizations.

- Perform system integrations with other client systems as needed, using APIs and other integration tools.

- Ensure high levels of system availability and provide support during critical updates or migrations.

Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience with Service Now development and administration.

- Proficiency in ITSM and ITOM modules within Service Now.

- Strong experience with workflow automation and advanced Service Now integration techniques.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Note : The person will going to Dubai, UAE for a long term.
