We are seeking talented and motivated Java Backend Developers to join our team.

You will work on mission-critical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and helping to build scalable, secure, and highly performant backend systems.

Key Responsibilities : Backend Developer Roles (Senior & Mid-Level) - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and related technologies.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, Dev Ops engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to software engineering best practices.

- Optimize and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers (Senior role).

- Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and project planning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system functionality and performance.

Delivery Lead Role : - Lead the delivery of end-to-end solutions, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Work closely with development teams and product managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

- Oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation to production release, ensuring that projects are on time and within scope.

- Ensure that best practices in software development and delivery processes are followed.

- Manage communication with clients or internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications : For Senior Backend Developer (6-10 years of experience) : - Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.

- Experience with SQL/No SQL databases (e.g., My SQL, Mongo DB, etc.).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

- Ability to lead technical discussions, drive decisions, and mentor junior developers.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

For Mid-Level Backend Developer (2-5 years of experience) : - Hands-on experience in Java development and Spring framework.

- Good understanding of databases and querying (SQL/No SQL).

- Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Basic understanding of cloud environments and containerization.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

For Delivery Lead Role : - 6-10 years of experience in software development and at least 3 years in a delivery management or technical lead role.

- Proven experience in delivering software solutions, managing resources, and ensuring high- quality outputs.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Background : - B.

E./B. Tech/M. Tech from reputed institutions such as NIIT, BITS, IIT or equivalent.

- Proven track record of delivering software solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
