Position Summary :.

This role requires a hands-on design and development expert with 8-13 years of enterprise IT experience.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse and will be part of a team delivering new services.

We are looking for someone capable of working independently, with a strong ability to design solutions and effectively communicate to stakeholders how the proposed designs will help achieve Saarthee goals for reliability, scalability, competitiveness, and security.

Responsibilities :.

- Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Technical Implementation : Develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform solutions to meet client requirements, including custom workflows, plug-ins, and integrations with third-party systems.

- Client Engagement : Collaborate with clients to gather detailed business requirements, recommend best practices, and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

- Integration & Automation : Design and implement integrations with other business applications and data sources using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other relevant tools.

- Support & Maintenance : Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 implementations.

- Mentorship : Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge and best practices within the team.

- Documentation : Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all solutions, processes, and configurations.

Required Skills :.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

- 8 to 13 years of experience with at least 2 years of development experience on develop / implement enterprise scale Power Apps, Power Automates & Model Driven applications.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on development experience in C#,.

NET core, Azure (Azure Functions).

- Strong Dataverse Development experience CRUD Operations using Dataverse or CRM SDK, Web Hooks, Plug in development (min 2 years), Data modeling and RDBS Skills.

- Strong knowledge in ALM using Azure Dev Ops pipelines for Power Platform solutions.

- Communication & Stakeholder management skills to collaborate & deliver with a team comprising BAs, Architects, Operations, Security Consultants, and Product Teams.

- R&D enthusiast to Explore Microsoft Power Platform advancements.

- Self-driven to learn and update on nuances of Microsoft Power Platform.

- Ability to visualize a product embedment in an enterprise.

- Ability to foresee risks & vocalize them.

- Strong platform delivery knowledge working with Architecture & operations team.

- Ability to create detailed, future proof, enterprise scale low-level designs and independently implement the same.
