About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now CSM Lead Consultant to join our team.

As a Service Now CSM Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, customization, and integration of Service Now CSM modules.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our Service Now platform.

Key Responsibilities : - Technical Leadership : Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Now CSM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and Service Now standards.

- Configuration and Customization : Configure and customize Service Now CSM modules to meet business requirements, including workflows, forms, scripts, and reports.

- Integration : Integrate Service Now CSM with other applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.

- Problem-Solving : Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions and workarounds.

- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Service Now implementations.

- Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Knowledge Sharing : Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills and Experience : - 7-10 years of experience in Service Now, with a strong focus on CSM modules.

- Deep understanding of Service Now architecture, workflows, scripting, and integrations.

- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
