If you're a Computer Vision expert who is passionate about creating models from scratch and working with 3 D and exotic datasets, we want to hear from you Role Summary : We are seeking a Computer Vision Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, and working knowledge of geospatial data and 3 D modeling techniques.
Experience working with LIDAR datasets, temperature and depth sensors, or other non-standard data is a significant advantage.
You will contribute to the development of models and solutions that leverage 3 D data analytics, helping us solve real-world challenges in industries like energy, utilities, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities : - Develop, implement, and optimize computer vision models from scratch, tailored to complex 3 D and geospatial datasets.
- Work with LIDAR, temperature, depth, and other exotic sensor data for geospatial and environmental applications.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision, 3 D modeling, and geospatial data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision models with other analytics pipelines.
- Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets to extract valuable insights and improve model performance.
- Contribute to the development of novel algorithms and techniques to address challenges specific to geospatial data and 3 D environments.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Qualifications : - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision, with expertise in model development and implementation.
- Strong background in working with 3 D datasets, including LIDAR and other sensor data (e.g., depth and temperature sensors).
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Open CV, and similar frameworks.
- Experience with 3 D data analytics, geospatial modeling, and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with geospatial software, including tools like QGIS, GDAL, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of traditional computer vision tasks (object detection, segmentation, feature extraction) applied to geospatial and 3 D data.
- Experience in working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based environments for data processing.
- Solid understanding of mathematical concepts and techniques used in computer vision and 3 D modeling.
- Ability to read and comprehend complex research papers, apply findings, and contribute to academic or technical discussions.
Preferred Skills : - Experience in geospatial projects, particularly in industries like utilities, infrastructure, or environmental monitoring.
- Familiarity with AI applications in geospatial analytics or remote sensing.
- Experience with exotic datasets, including LIDAR, temperature, depth sensors, or point cloud data.
- Familiarity with working in Agile development environments.
- Background in contributing to open-source CV projects or academic publications is a plus.
