About the Role : - We are looking for an experienced NOC Manager to lead our Network Operations Center (NOC) team.
- This role requires a professional with strong leadership abilities, a customer-focused approach, and a deep understanding of telecommunication networks and NOC methodologies.
- You will oversee the daily operations of the NOC, ensuring efficient incident management and customer support.
Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the NOC team, providing direction and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of network and system issues.
- Implement and maintain industry-standard practices, such as ITIL/ITSM, for incident, change, and problem management.
- Develop and uphold NOC protocols to ensure high-quality service and adherence to SLAs.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Analyze NOC data to identify areas for process improvement and risk mitigation.
- Ensure continuous learning and professional development of team members.
Required Qualifications : - Experience : 6-8 years in a NOC management role or as a Team Lead in NOC.
- Certifications : ITIL/ITSM or other industry-related certifications preferred.
- Skills : Proven leadership in people management, with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of telecommunication networks and NOC methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
