Job Title : React JS Lead Experience : 10 Yrs Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced React Js Lead.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of 20 members across multiple PODs.

You will serve as the technical front face to the client, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and technical excellence Technical Skills : - Hands-on experience with Rest API - Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser-compatible code - Good understanding of AJAX and Java Script Dom manipulation Techniques - Experience with RESTful services - Hand on and implement complex React applications - Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components - Familiar with testing frameworks (Ex.

Jest) - Thorough understanding of React.js, Redux and its core principles - Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript - Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token - Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc - Familiarity with code versioning tools (Ex : Git/ Github) Other Skills : Excellent Communication, Prior experience of client interaction role, team lead, prior experience in big MNC's Responsibilities : - Client Interaction : Understand business requirements from the client and translate them into technical requirements in the internal teams - Team Lead : Lead and manage a team of 20 members (3 POD teams) within the client portfolio.

- Act as the primary technical interface with the client, providing insights during the design and analysis phases.

- Collaborate with client's FTEs to align on technical inputs and project deliverables.

- Develop risk mitigation plans and resolve potential blockers to ensure smooth delivery.

- Mentor and coach the team to enhance their technical and professional growth.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Drive systematic and rational root cause analysis to identify and implement process improvements - Continuously evaluate the latest trends in Java Script development.

- Constantly improving our Frontend toolchain to stay up-to-date & fast.

- Design and implement modern frontend-architectures.
