Devops Engineer Experience Range : 5 years Work Mode : WFO Location : Bangalore, HSR Layout Notice period : 30 days/ or lesser/ Immediate/ currently serving Skills required : - At least 5 years of industry experience in designing, implementing, and supporting a geographically dispersed and highly available storage infrastructure - Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms - A rigorous approach to problem-solving - Experience with production SAAS cloud hosted environments - Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS, VMware, Azure, and/or IBM Cloud - Programming skills- scripting, Go, Python, C/C++, Java, or similar - Must be proficient in writing, debugging, and maintaining automation, scripts and code (ie, Bash, Ansible, and Python, Java or Golang) - Hands-on experience with Container technologies: Kubernetes (IKS, GCE), Red Hat Open Shift, Docker.

- Hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools: Tekton, Ansible Tower, Terraform, Github, JIRA - Metrics, monitoring and Logging: statsd, ELK, Pager Duty, Slack, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Logstash - Messaging : Kafka, Rabbit MQ - Ability to administrate, configure, optimize and monitor services and/or servers at scale.

- Use of modern container systems such as Docker, Vagrant, Rancher, AWS, Kubernetes, Open Shift - Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet - Setting up network interfaces and ports in containers.

Knowledge of solutions like AWS ECS.

- Must have knowledge of networking constructs like VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, NAT gateway etc.

- Knowledge of both RDBMS and No SQL cluster management and performance tuning parameters.

Responsibilities : - Design, build, and ship the systems and infrastructure that power our applications - Design and development of new features - Minimizing and hardening microservices and public-facing API gateway attack surface - Continuous delivery using tools such as Tekton, Travis, Jenkins, Ansible, and Kubernetes - Observability, capacity planning, system and service performance analysis and tuning - Orchestrating cloud services using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Tekton - Debugging problems in production and test environments - Developing automation that improves deployment speed and service reliability in the containerized environment.
