About the Role : SOAIS, a leading Process Automation company, is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of our groundbreaking Enterprise Gen AI Agent product.

As an Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying innovative AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

- Make critical architectural decisions and ensure the technical feasibility of product features.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI and machine learning.

Product Development : - Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable Gen AI agents.

- Integrate Gen AI agents with enterprise systems, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and others.

- Optimize performance and ensure the reliability of the product.

Team Management : - Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Problem-Solving : - Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

- Implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure product quality.

Required Skills and Experience : - 10 years of software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python, Java Script, or C++/Java.

- Deep understanding of Gen AI concepts and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Familiarity with libraries like Lang Chain, Llama Index, Open AI SDK, and Anthropic SDK.

- Experience with multi-system integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills : - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Experience with machine learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch).
