Job Role : Application Support Engineer Experience Range : 2-4 yrs Mode : 1 month- Hybrid & 1 month- WFO Notice period : Immediate to 30 days/ Currently serving Skills : Application Support, L1 , L2, AWS services, SQL Looking for candidates willing to work in EST time zone Qualifications & Mandatory Skills : Experience : 2 years in application support with expertise in L1 and L2 support roles.

SQL Skills: Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting, query writing, and data analysis.

AWS Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for application Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non- technical Strong analytical skills with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

Time Zone: Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Key Responsibilities: L1 & L2 Application Support: Provide first and second-level support, troubleshooting application issues, and escalating as necessary.

Customer Engagement: Collaborate with internal users to understand issues and ensure timely Monitoring: Monitor and maintain application performance, proactively addressing potential issues.

Incident Management: Log and manage incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring resolution within SLA timelines.

SQL Query Support: Use SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, and assist with data extraction for reporting.

AWS Cloud Support: Provide support for applications hosted on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and resolving cloud-related issues.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to process Maintain and update support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
