Job Description : We are looking for a skilled MS Dynamics 365 F&O - Software Admin to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP modules, specifically focusing on technical, finance, and supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our MS Dynamics 365 F&O system.

Key Responsibilities : - Manage the administration and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the ERP system.

- Oversee the implementation and customization of ERP modules, including Technical, Finance, and Supply Chain Management (Manufacturing) to align with business requirements.

- Provide technical support and training to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the ERP system.

- Ensure the integrity, security, and availability of data within the MS Dynamics 365 F&O system, including data migration and integration with other systems.

- Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides to support ongoing operations and training.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and address potential issues proactively.

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3 years of experience in ERP administration, specifically with MS Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Strong knowledge of ERP modules, particularly in Technical, Finance, and Supply Chain Management (Manufacturing).
