Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Node.js Architect with deep expertise in Nest JS, Postgre SQL, AWS, and Microservices to join our team.

As a technical leader, you will drive the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance backend systems that meet both technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities : - Architect and Lead Development : Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems using Nodejs and Nest JS frameworks.

- Database Design and Optimization : Leverage Postgre SQL for database modeling, optimization, and performance tuning to ensure data integrity and scalability.

- Microservices Architecture : Develop, deploy, and manage microservices that communicate seamlessly, ensuring service-oriented architecture best practices.

- Cloud Infrastructure Management : Utilize AWS services for application deployment, monitoring, and scaling, and implement cloud best practices for security and reliability.

- Code Quality and Standards : Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code that meets industry standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with frontend developers, Dev Ops, and product managers to ensure cohesive, user-focused development.

- Technical Leadership : Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and lead architectural discussions to drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Qualifications : - Experience : 12 years in software development, with a focus on backend technologies and architectural roles.

- Technical Expertise : Advanced proficiency in Node.js and Nest JS.

- Database Skills : Strong experience with Postgre SQL - Familiarity with database performance tuning and best practices.

- Cloud Knowledge : Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, RDS, Lambda, and other serverless or containerized architectures.

- Microservices Proficiency : Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices architectures.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.

Nice-to-Have : - Familiarity with other backend frameworks and languages (e.g.

, Type Script).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Understanding of API Gateway, Event-Driven Architecture, and other AWS solutions for distributed systems.
