We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QE Automation Tester to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team.
As an Automation Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts.
You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential issues early in the development cycle, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Selenium and C#, a solid understanding of test automation frameworks, and experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks using Selenium with C#.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented automated test scripts utilizing Page Object Model (POM), data-driven, and keyword-driven testing approaches.
- Integrate automated test suites into Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Team City, or similar.
- Implement and execute cross-browser compatibility testing using tools like Selenium Grid, Browser Stack, or Sauce Labs.
- Work closely with software developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand software features, user stories, and technical specifications to create comprehensive test cases.
- Identify, track, and analyze software defects, providing clear and concise bug reports with detailed steps for reproduction.
- Generate and share comprehensive test execution reports, highlighting test coverage, defect status, and overall quality metrics.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies, advocating for best practices in test Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Selenium Web Driver for web application automation.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with testing frameworks such as Spec Flow, NUnit, or x Unit.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Team City for continuous integration and delivery.
- Proven experience in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured (for C#), or Soap UI.
- Basic understanding of SQL and experience in querying databases for test data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and working within Agile teams.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
- Familiarity with API automation libraries like Rest Sharp (for C#) and Swagger specifications.
- Experience with mobile application testing using Appium.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools like Jira with Zephyr/Xray, or Test Rail.
- Experience with generating detailed test reports using tools like Extent Reports or Allure.
