Note : Candidates should be okay to perform hands-on coding and code review.

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Technical Manager to oversee and manage QA deliveries at our office.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both manual and automation testing and have the ability to lead a team of QA professionals effectively.

While coding and code review skills are desirable, they are not essential for this role.

What Are We Looking For : - A proven leader with extensive experience in QA management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in both manual and automation testing methodologies and tools.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide a group of QA professionals.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality assurance.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Familiarity with coding languages and code review processes is a plus, though not essential.

What You Will Do : - Manage QA Deliveries : Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of QA projects and tasks at the respective location, coordinating with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

- Manual and Automation Testing : Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

- Lead the QA Team : Lead and mentor a group of QA professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Implement QA Best Practices : Implement and maintain QA best practices, standards, and processes, monitoring and evaluating QA metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate and Communicate : Act as the primary point of contact for QA-related matters at the respective location, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

- Optional Code Review : While not essential, contribute to coding tasks and support the development team in identifying and resolving code-related issues when needed.

Nice to Have : - Experience with performance testing and security testing.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab, or similar.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

- Certification in- QA- or related fields (e., ISTQB).

- Experience with cloud-based testing environments and tools.

- Familiarity with database testing and SQL.
