We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager with expertise in Node.js to lead our dynamic team of engineers in developing cutting-edge software solutions.

Location: Main Chhatarpur Rd, Rajpur Khurd Extension, Chhatarpur, New Delhi, Delhi Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise in Node.js development.

- Drive the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using Node.js, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and priorities to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous learning within the dental e-commerce domain.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Node.js development within the e-commerce 7 years of experience in software development.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in Node.js development.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams in an e-commerce environment.

- In-depth knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as Express/Nest JS.

- Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database technologies (e.g., My SQL, Mongo DB).

- Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Microservice architecture.

- Experience with cloud-based technologies and services (e.g., AWS ECS, EC2, Lambda).
