Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced PLC Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and programming knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, as well as expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance.

This role involves working with various types of VFD drives, HMI, SCADA systems, and requires strong hardware and software configuration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs.
Program and modify AB PLCs and DC tools.
Handle various types of VFD drives, HMI, and SCADA systems.
Configure hardware and software for PLCs, HMIs, and VFD drives.
Diagnose and modify PLC, HMI, and VFD drive logics and electrical circuits.
Perform breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
Present and communicate effectively, demonstrating good soft skills and email etiquette.
Utilize SAP for maintenance management.
Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, TPM, 5 S, Safety, PPCR, PFMEA, MFMEA standards.
Apply problem-solving tools to address maintenance issues.
Manage and lead a team, including shift management.
Exhibit assertiveness in handling team and maintenance tasks.

Skillset:
Proven hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
Strong programming knowledge of PLCs, VFD drives, HMI, and SCADA systems.
Proficiency in hardware and software configuration.
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Clear understanding of maintenance practices (breakdown, preventive, predictive).
Good presentation, communication, and soft skills.
Familiarity with SAP, ISO, IATF, TPM, 5 S, Safety, PPCR, PFMEA, MFMEA.
Experience in team handling and shift management.
Assertive and proactive approach to work.

Qualifications: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronic with 5 to 6 years' experience
