Responsibilities: Lead team of Engineers and Analysts in triaging the issues with the help of the team and documenting RCA.

Eyes on the glass 24x7 monitoring building the necessary dashboards, react to any alerts, be able to analyse and tweak DT alerts, basic Splunk querying, Tealeaf research, impersonation/harness, isolate issues and handle/engage EOCC calls.

Application Maintenance & Organizing The Call Work on any BPS escalated issues, facilitate and lead discussions with multiple teams.

Engage multiple technical teams on triage.

Handle managed incident calls, perform analysis, identify root cause.

Track Defect resolution.

Building dashboards, Configuring alerts and integrating them with different communication channels Should be able to understand the whole product quickly (across different layers that we have and the knowledge/experience in technologies/tools that we use frontend, middleware, backend, any cloud experience preferably AWS and Open Shift, CI/CD, monitoring / alerting should have good problem solving and analytical skills).

Healthcare industry experience is preferrable Should have experience in incident management, change management, risk management, people management, project management Publish periodic reports / metrics captured from different layers Qualifications Must Have Experience & Education: 13 to 16 Years experience in application development or maintenance College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.

Hands on with most of the following technologies: Angular and Java, Python, Mongo DB, Node JS and ability to understand complex architectures.

Familiarity with Cloud services AWS or other similar services Proven experience with coding and supporting enterprise application solutions.

Strong technical and analytical skills Demonstrate ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest rectification options.

Strong verbal and written communication skills Should be able to provide technical and functional impact summary of the managed incidents.

Should have extensive experience in SITE Reliability Engineering (SRE) Must Have skills: Java, J2 EE, Spring, Microservices Architecture / SOA, Node JS, Java Script, Type Script, any frontend framework Angular / React / Vue.

Experience with any cloud environment and primary services AWS/Azure/GCP/Open Shift along with Dev Ops CI/CD process.

Experience in monitoring tools Splunk / Dynatrace / New Relic / any other monitoring tool Good to Have Skills Experience in SQL and RDBMS (Postgre SQL, my SQL, Oracle) Experience in No SQL Databases Preferred Qualifications: College degree (BE or MCA).

Exposure to AWS Exposure to Production environments Industry / Domain Experience Needed: Demonstrated experience in production maintenance.

Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.

Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and its usage in complex applications Proven experience in a leadership role with a passion for analysis and cascading the same to the team.
