Job Title : Chief Security Architect : Hyderabad (5 Days WFO) (No Other City Candidates are allowed) (Immediate Joiners only) Company : Conviction HR Type : Contract-to-Hire (C2 H) Job Description : Conviction HR is looking for a highly skilled Chief Security Architect to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and ensure the protection of our systems and data.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position for 6 months to 1 year, perfect for an innovative leader with a strong background in security architecture and a passion for safeguarding information assets.

Business Requirements : - 15 Years experience in building secure software solutions with strong background in security tooling like SIEM, SOAR, DLP, EDR, IDS, IPS, etc.

- Developing and refining the incident response playbooks, development & maintenance of security policies and procedures, alignment with industry standards & best practices - Experience in Software Development and software engineering is a must - Strong experience in Ethical Hacking Principles, Black Box testing, CIA design, App Security, Secure SDLC Principles Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a comprehensive security architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead the design and integration of security solutions across all systems and applications.

- Assess and mitigate security risks through regular security assessments and audits.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security practices are embedded in the software development lifecycle.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to proactively enhance security measures.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the security team and other stakeholders on security best practices.

- Communicate security strategies and policies to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive security initiatives.
