Summary : As a Data Analyst 2 in the Medical Evidence Generation team, you willplay a crucial role in analyzing Medical Evidence Generation portfolio data.
Participate in medically led evidencegeneration initiatives.
Your work willdirectly impact decision-makingprocesses and contribute to theadvancement of medical knowledge.
? Roles & Responsibilities Expertise in data collection and integration.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and interpretation.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical medical affairs domain.
Experience in data visualization and reporting using tools ( Preferably Tableau).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests efficiently, ensuring timely and high-quality task completion.
Strong aptitude for understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable plans and deliverables.
Technical proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel, along with data quality management, simplified analysis, visualizations, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Preferred familiarity with predictive modeling, clinical study milestones, and operational metrics.
?Skills and competencies Proficiency in data tools, software (Python, SQL) and data manipulation/visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau).
Experience working in US pharma domain.
Familiarity with Clinical Trial databases (clinical trial master systems) Understands study modalities and concepts.
Proficient in Power Point, Excel, and Share Point Experience 3-5yrsexperience in Data Analytics.
Requiresproficiency in statisticalsoftware and data manipulation/visualization tools.
Experience in advanced statistical techniques and automation using Python Pharmaceutical industryexperiencepreferred Experience in Generative AI frameworks like Langchain and implementation of RAG/Text to SQL will be added advantage GBOHYD LI-Hybrid
