Position Overview Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Infrastructure matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.

Serves as the lead technical consultant responsible for design, engineering and development of information technology solutions.

Leads the design, analysis, development and implementation of engineering infrastructure solutions of projects and/or work requests for complex business solutions.

Troubleshoots and proceeds on resolving complex infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, customer expectations, etc.

May be involved in the creation of design specifications and the development and application of utility programs and may resolve escalated infrastructure compatibility problems as they arise.

Responsibilities may include risks assessments, partnering on capacity planning, budget forecasting, and the diagnosis and correction of application/network problems.

May serve as the primary contact for vendors.

Technologies span mainframe, midrange, desktop, server, network data, voice, messaging, web, database, and output/receiving.

Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.

Recognized internally as the go-to person for the most complex Infrastructure Engineering assignments.

Responsibilities Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Infrastructure assignments/projects.

Serves as a technical consultant responsible for design, engineering and development of information technology solutions.

Install and Configure Content Management products File Net P8, File Net Image Services, IBM Content Manager on Demand, and Systemware XPTR, XNET & Content Integrator Build the synthetic monitors to monitor the ECM Document Management Services using the tools like Dynatrace, New Relic and Splunk.

Technologies Mainframe, Linux, Windows desktop & server, Web Sphere, Tomcat and IIS.

Build the simple SQL Quires to collect the usage metrics from Oracle , UDB DB2 and Microsoft SQL.

Support for Content Management Products File Net, CMOD, Systemware in 24 X7.

Qualifications Required Skills: Solid engineering and administrative knowledge of System ware Content Management system (XPTR) Support of Content Integrator, XNET, RS distributed componts of the ecosystem Mainframe system management experience, familiarity with Unix / Linux and Windows systems.

Design, install, and maintain highly available systems (including monitoring, security, backup, and performance tuning) Scripting experience Automation experience Must possess good analytics and problem-solving skills must be willing to work flexible hours Required Experience & Education: 13-16 years of experience is required.

Mainframe Experience Expertise on UNIX and Windows scripting Install and Configure Content Management products File Net P8, File Net Image Services, IBM Content Manager on Demand, and Systemware XPTR, XNET & Content Integrator Working knowledge on Okta and other SSO technologies
