HIH Infrastructure Senior Analyst Operational Readiness & SRE Platform Engineering Position Overview In this role, you will be working on several of the largest Technology initiatives for Evernorth targeted at revolutionizing Health Services and Healthcare Delivery system in the United States.

The focus of the work is to continue to enhanceour market winning capabilities in the Behavioral Health and Care Solutions space.

This is a hands-on position with visibility to the highest levels of Evernorth management who are motivated to see the successful results of our efforts.

As part of the Enterprise Operational Readiness & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you will be focused onon creating and maintaining service offerings that enable product teams to improve reliability by achieving Operational compliance and implementing SRE patterns such as Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

Responsibilities The technology organization relies on the Operational Readiness and SRE Enablement team to understand the needs of S/W and Infrastructure Engineering teams to effectively and efficiently build, deploy, and operate a platform through all phases of its software delivery lifecycle and is focused on improving developer productivity, streamlining the current onboarding experience, and overall SDLC process that supports modern service and application engineering from idea to production.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing readiness requirements through close partnership with Application Delivery leads, System Architecture, Platform and Site Reliability Engineers Establish best practices to automate and evolve solution delivery with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and speed-to-market delivery.

Develop and maintain code base for our Service Offerings including but not limited to: SLO Automation Platform, Automated Compliance policy and checks, Automated Monitoring Inventory System.

Driving adoption of practices through reporting, training, and organizational presentations to senior leadership.

Providing metrics to allow leaders to understand and act on risk entering the production environment.

Ensuring adherence to standards through regular governance.

Acting as a concierge for Product Owners going through Operational Readiness, Failure Mode Analysis, and Game Day exercises for critical systems.

Qualifications Required Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word) Ability to prioritize, work independently with ambiguity and manage multiple assignments Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement Proven ability to analyze data, troubleshoot problems, provide recommendations, and follow up on their implementation Ability to work independently and drive positive outcomes through collaboration across the technology organization Required Experience & Education: 3-5 years of total experience Minimum 5 years of industry experience in architecture, design, software development.

3 years of experience in Platform Architecture and migration skills At least 2 years experience in Python 3 At least 1 years experience with Open Shift Preferred: 1 years experience using Podman Go Lang experience preferred Experience in Private Cloud technologies and practices, building applications using services such as Openshift and Kubernetes.

A well-grounded knowledge of engineering and continuous integration & delivery CI/CD practices.

Experience with building containers-based systems: Architecture, implementation and managing orchestration platform such as: Kubernetes and Docker, and EKS.

Experience with Organizational Change Management and the integration of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Resilient System best practices across technology Experience with end-to-end application design, middleware, infrastructure components, and cloud technologies Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design and the ability to apply it to new domains.

Experience in building Event Driven systems and architecture Experience with Monitoring/Observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Cloud Watch Experience with ITIL practices including, but not limited to Configuration Management (CMDB) and Change Management Desired Experience: Passion for customer experience Continuous learning mindset
