Roles and Responsibilities : - Serve as a platform and technical subject matter expert during the launch phase, addressing client questions related to software, data feeds, API, and FTP.

- Set up, configure, and optimize customer accounts to meet specific requirements.

- Deliver training sessions to client teams, tailoring methodologies to suit different customer needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues during the onboarding process.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and technical issues are resolved promptly.

Skills and Qualifications Required : - Minimum of 2 years' experience in Saa S onboarding or a related role.

- Experience and/or strong knowledge of APIs (REST and SOAP).

- Familiarity with product data feed formats like XML, TXT, CSV, JSON, and FTP protocols.

- Proficiency in Excel and basic HTML knowledge.

- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

- Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.

- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
