Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for SAP systems, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Take ownership of assigned work activities and progress to conclusion promptly and efficiently.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, including ABAP & Java systems, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BW, SAP Business Suites, and SAP Solution Manager.
Perform system refreshes, system copies.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and installations in accordance with best practices and company guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of SAP systems with other applications and technologies.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal system availability and performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of system backup and recovery strategies.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with company standards.
Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and trends and make recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
Knowledge in all aspects of SAP Basis administration, as well as understanding of database, operating systems, hardware, integration, and networking in various SAP technologies and cloud platforms.
Good understanding of various SAP technologies: S/4 HANA, BW, GTS, ATTP, PPM, SLT, Solution Manager, Fiori, GRC, ABAP, Java, SAP BTP, Saa S, AWS, Cloud integration components.
Good understanding of various databases: SAP HANA, SAP ASE, Postgre SQL and Oracle.
Good understanding of operating systems, such as Linux and Windows server.
Experience in full life cycle implementation of multiple SAP systems, installations, upgrades, and patches.
Familiarity with SAP system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Knowledge of SAP security concepts and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good documentation skills and practices.
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization, build strong partnerships to meet shared objectives.
Self-accountable and able to manage own time to meet deadlines.
