The AWM Technical Lead should have a solid understanding of web development processes from inception to deployment along with strong leadership skill.

This role will require excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility due to the changing needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities: Work with development team(s) to execute assigned project(s) supporting the digital capability (DC) Analyze application requirements and provide recommended design to support the business Participate in planning and execution of project(s) to deliver on intended outcomes Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned project(s).

Actively engage stakeholders of problem project(s) to assist with identifying corrective actions.

Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, documentation, deployment, and support As a member working in a team environment, you will work with security officer, solution architect, enterprise architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical solution Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse Strong Technical writing skills for updating supporting documentation, Knowledgebase articles etc.

Follow Agile development practices for project execution Provide technical support and training to appropriate stakeholders Desired Candidate Characteristics: Demonstrated leadership experience Must be open to various technology rotations Have a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare Ability to understand the needs of the business and commitment to deliver the best user experience and adoption Able to collaborate across multiple teams Excellent communication skills Innovative and inquisitive nature to ask questions, offer bold ideas and challenge the status quo Agility to learn new tools and processes Qualifications & Experience: Undergraduate degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science from an accredited university 2 year experience to design, build, and maintain systems and solve complex experience management operations and automation challenges.

2 years of experience in hosting/working with AWS- EC2 S3 bucket, lambda functions 2 years of programming experience in Python, Node.

JS, SQL, Shell/Power scripting Knowledge in Dev Ops process, understands build-release process Knowledge of building platform with microservice architectureis a plus Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Works independently on most deliverables.

Responsible for the direct management of a team including results/outcomes, goal setting, performance management, coaching.

In-Depth knowledge of AWS Code, S3, Cloud Watch, Code Pipeline, KMS, RDS, lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo DB, CDN and Cloud Watch Knowledge of Serverless Frameworkwill be a plus AWS Certified - Solution Architect Associate/Professional will be a plus Experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry will be a plus.
