Job Description : We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer with significant experience in developing robust and scalable applications for the financial industry (Fintech, Banking, NBFCs, etc.) The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Golang development, a strong background in financial industry projects, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a remote position, strong communication and self-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Golang.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Develop APIs and integrate third-party services for financial industry applications.

- Optimize code for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple environments.

- Write and maintain clean, testable, and efficient code.

- Ensure security and compliance standards are met in line with financial regulations.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.

Requirements : - 10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Golang.

- Proven experience working on financial industry projects (Fintech, Banking, NBFCs, etc.) is mandatory.

- In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and API development.

- Strong expertise in building and scaling distributed systems and cloud services.

- Experience with database technologies such as My SQL, Postgre SQL, or Mongo DB.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of security and compliance standards in the financial industry.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Agile and Dev Ops practices.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
