Prioritizes and maintains the product backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of partners. Able to identify, document and drive the Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), DevOps and other technical needs for the products. Collaborate with engineering for rapid shared understanding of requirements, leading to high-quality output. Empathize with and deeply understand your customer personas, many in the life sciences lab space, and the key problems we are solving for. Qualifications: Proven experience of minimum 6 years in software development as a developer, tester, or Business Analyst. Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment across multiple cross-functional teams. Minimum 1 year of working experience in Agile methodology. Strong systems level and first principles thinking. Highly organized, creative, and motivated, energized working in an entrepreneurial culture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to non-technical audience. Nice to Have Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Any PO certifications like PSPO, CSPO etc. Experience in working and handling Azure DevOps tool. Understanding of Thermo based analytical instruments. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the IT or Computer Science space or equivalent experience. Experience with on-prem or cloud enterprise software. Experience in the 21 CFR Part 11 and pharma compliance space.
