Tech/Lead Analyst
Coordinate the activity between System DBA(SDBA) and application teams for the Oracle patching which are due to be updated.
Manage and coordinate Oracle DB upgrades.
Monitor the Databases, need to have understanding of tools, knowledge on fragmented tables and understanding of alerts to take necessary action.
Support SDBA monitoring and CCDR reports/dashboards which includes tasks to be performed.
