What You’ll Do

Manage and resolve Saa S support tickets

(chat, email, phone) for a live B2 B healthcare platform
Troubleshoot software issues —no hardware headaches, just smart cloud problem-solving!
Use industry-leading tools like

Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Zoho Desk

to log, triage, and escalate tickets
Onboard and guide new customers , running product walkthroughs that actually wow users
Create and update help docs, FAQs, and internal guides —your writing will help thousands
Collaborate with Product and Engineering

to escalate bugs and shape better features
Jump into

basic scripting, API checks, or data clean-up

(if you want to grow your tech skills)
Communicate clearly and empathetically with global users in

excellent English

Who You Are

1–3 years

in Saa S product support, application support, or B2 B software support (no hardware or IT/networking backgrounds, please!)
Hands-on with ticketing tools:

Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Zoho Desk , or similar
Logical problem solver, fast learner, and passionate about helping users
Can break down technical issues for non-technical people in

fluent, friendly English
Hungry to grow—maybe into Product, QA, or Customer Success
Bonus points:

Exposure to APIs, SQL, Python, Java Script, or writing documentation
