Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily outreach to 100 prospects via cold calling, email outreach, and Linked In messaging.
Generate a minimum of 4 BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualified SQLs per week.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and target industries.
Collaborate with the sales team to create personalized outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies.
Identify key decision-makers and initiate conversations to understand their business needs.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with BANT qualification methodology is a plus.
