Job Title: Lead Planner - Civil, Structural, and Electrical Work Location: Saudi Arabia We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to oversee and manage planning activities across civil, structural, and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that project schedules are developed, maintained, and executed effectively, driving timely and successful project completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for civil, structural, and electrical disciplines.
Coordinate planning efforts across multiple engineering teams to ensure integration and alignment with project goals.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
Prepare and present detailed progress reports and schedule updates to stakeholders. Skills Required: Extensive experience in project planning within civil, structural, and electrical engineering sectors.
Advanced proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong understanding of civil, structural, and electrical engineering principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and schedule optimization techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical) or a related field.
10 + years of planning experience with a focus on civil, structural, and electrical projects.
