Specialist Employee Central is responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and continuous improvement of Success Factors Employee Central and Open Text Document Management.
Must have the ability to flex across modules / platforms.
Must have a strong focus on user experience – delivering simple, efficient technology solutions that ensure effective organization/position management throughout the organization.
Reporting experience, including Report Stories is required.
Data integration/migration experience with mergers/acquisitions and the ability to deliver projects effectively and on time.
Major Duties/Responsibilities: 1.
Employee Central & Related Systems Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of foundation and organizational objects in Employee Central.
Responsible for the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of business rules including workflows.
Provide training and documentation of EC procedures and data standards.
Provide reports using Report Stories, Canvas and Table tools.
Provide backup support for the LMS, Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
Responsible for Open Text configuration, maintenance and support.
Responsible for Success Factors & Service Now Release testing including partnering with outside testing team for validating and troubleshooting Ability to support Service Now configuration and maintenance Ability to identify cause/effect relationships, solve root-cause issues while eliminating nonvalue added activities.
Provide Org Vue support, including maintenance and configuration Deliver technology that aligns business process and industry best standards utilizing existing software functionality and releases for continuous improvement.
Partner in the evaluation of new technology with System Architecture, HR Process Delivery and Information Services.

HR Project Delivery Collaborate with HR Consultants, HR Directors, HR Analytics, HR Centers of Excellence, Information Services, HR Process Delivery and key end users to clearly define requirements to facilitate system enhancements to existing technology and new system implementations.
Process leadership to assure technology projects deliver within Hershey standards for technology implementation, consulting with cross-functional business experts as needed.
Support technical documentation of project either by the creation of documents and/or reviewing third party documents, including necessary data.
Lead design and execution for organizational change including mergers & acquisitions.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: Success Factors Employee Central experience/certification strongly desired SAP HCM experience a plus Experience in organizational modeling Ability to manage confidential data Easily partners with colleagues and can collaborate across the globe Productively challenges existing conventions and offers suggestions for process improvements Possesses advanced analytical & creative problem-solving skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills at all organizational levels Comprehensive understanding of HR systems, analytics, processes and data Clear understanding of organizational charts and related data elements Proven process improvement and project management skills a plus Systems thinking mindset with a strong bias towards User Experience SAP Organization / Position Management experience strongly desired Excellent MS Excel skills preferred Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Education: B.
S.
Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5 years experience with HR technology platforms, systems, analytics and processes.
