Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong research background and hands-on experience in deploying and fine-tuning ML models.

Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities : - Customer Collaboration : Collaborate with customers to understand their unique business challenges and objectives, and work to formulate data-driven solutions that address their needs.

- Model Development : Build end-to-end machine learning projects, from problem formulation and data collection to model development, evaluation, and deployment.

- Model back-testing and deployment : Able to evaluate model performance over time as well as build and integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.

- Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.

Qualifications : - 3-5 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., H2o, scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch).

- Demonstrated expertise in various machine-learning techniques - Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control, and agile development methodologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g.

Docker, Kubernetes).

- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex machine-learning projects from conception to deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

- Good to have experience with MLOps experiment tools (e.g.

MLFlow, Weights & Biases), feature platforms (e.g.

Feast, Tecton), and monitoring platforms.

- Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements : - Hands on coding experience in python for at-least 4 years.

Python OOP's concept, data processing using pandas, numpy, sckit-learn etc.

- In- depth hands on exposure to mathematical and statistical concepts like probability theory, set theory, linear algebra, probability distribution functions, hypothesis testing etc.

- Mathematical understanding of Machine Learning and optimization algorithms such as Linear and Logistic Regressions, Gradient Descent, MLE, Bagging and Boosting etc.

- Model deployment and monitoring experience in any one of the Cloud Systems : GCP (Vertex AI), AWS (Sagemaker or Bed Rock), Azure (Azure ML).
