Symbiosis Open Education Society is looking for suitable candidates for following positions.



1. Head HR:

Candidates with post-graduation in Management (HR) having 15 years’ experience in HR domain with experience of working at senior / leadership position and managing all HR activities.

Key Responsibilities includes Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Employee Life Cycle Management, HR Compliances, Training and Development, Performance appraisal, Employee Engagement, Formulating and updating HR policies, manual and systems etc.

CTC: 18-20 LPA



2. Deputy Head HR:

Candidates with post-graduation in Management (HR) having 8-10 years’ experience in HR domain preferably with team handling experience and managing different HR activities, such as Talent Acquisition & talent management, Training and Development, employee engagement, performance appraisal etc.

CTC: 9- 12 LPA




3. HR Executive:

Candidates with post-graduation in Management (HR) having 4-5 years’ experience in HR domain with experience of managing different HR activities, such as Talent Acquisition & talent management, Training and Development, employee engagement, performance appraisal etc.

CTC: 4- 7 LPA
