Position : Team Lead : Front End Designer.

Experience : 4 -7 years.

Location : Phase 8 A, Mohali.

Job Type : Full-time and WFO.

Responsibilities : - Lead a team of front end designers in the development and implementation of web applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Oversee the front-end development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in front-end development.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.

- Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Front End Developer, with expertise in HTML, CSS, React.js, and Next.js.

- Proficiency in Angular JS is a plus point.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
