Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Design Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 35 years of handson experience in designing user interfaces (UI) and crafting seamless user experiences (UX) across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver intuitive and visually appealing designs ensuring that products are usercentric and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience usability and functionality.

Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.

Develop highfidelity mockups interactive prototypes and final visual assets that align with the brand identity and meet project objectives.

Conduct user research usability testing and analyze data to understand user needs improve design solutions and iterate designs based on feedback.

Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms and maintain a design system that includes guidelines for typography colors and layout.

Stay up to date with UI/UX trends best practices and emerging tools to ensure modern and forwardthinking designs.

Translate technical requirements into intuitive user interfaces without sacrificing user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design Computer Science Human Computer Interaction or a related field.

35 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing usercentered design solutions.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD In Vision or similar.

Solid understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and Java Script to ensure designs are implementable in a development environment.

Experience with responsive and adaptive design approaches for multiple platforms (mobile tablet desktop).

Strong knowledge of usercentered design principles usability and accessibility standards.

Ability to create wireframes storyboards process flows and site maps.

Experience conducting user research persona development A/B testing and usability testing.

Exceptional attention to detail problemsolving and visual communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with frontend development frameworks (e.g.

React Angular) to collaborate effectively with developers.

Knowledge of motion design and microinteractions.
