Intellectual Property (IP) Management Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated intern interested to explore the fascinating field of Intellectual properties management (including patents, designs, trade Intern to support our innovation and intellectual property initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete IM management lifecycle include patent identification, competitive IP analysis, IP filings, and involves cross-functional collaboration with legal, technology, and operations teams.
The intern will play a key role in strengthening the company’s IP portfolio by identifying patentable ideas and supporting the end-to-end patent filing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential areas for patent filings across business functions
- Conduct research on existing patents and analyze competitor intellectual property (IP) landscape
- Assist in documenting innovative ideas, concepts, and technical processes for patent applications
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and technology teams to facilitate patent drafting and filing
- Track ongoing IP filings and maintain internal documentation and records
- Support in building and managing an internal IP repository/database
- Stay updated on IP trends, regulations, and best practices
