Qualifications and Skills Proficient in Auto CAD (Mandatory skill) for drafting and design.
Skilled in DIALux (Mandatory skill) for advanced lighting analysis and design.
Expertise in lighting design (Mandatory skill) to create aesthetically pleasing and functional lighting solutions.
Experience in 3 D Rendering to visualize interior design concepts effectively.
Proficient in using Sketch Up for modeling and design presentations.
Solid understanding of color theory to create harmonious and balanced interiors.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Roles and Responsibilities Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts using Auto CAD and DIALux.
Create detailed 2 D and 3 D design plans and renderings to present to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand spatial limitations and opportunities.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on design projects.
