Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer Executive to join our in-house design team. The role will primarily focus on designing and overseeing interiors for our fitness centers across Delhi NCR, with occasional site visits for vendor coordination and project supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Design functional and visually appealing gym interiors that align with the WTF brand
Create 2 D/3 D layouts, mood boards, and space plans using design software (Auto CAD, Sketch Up, etc.)
Collaborate with operations and branding teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency
Supervise on-site execution and provide inputs to contractors/vendors
Ensure timely delivery of design milestones for new and refurbished locations
Source materials, fixtures, and furnishings aligned with budgets and aesthetics
Prepare BOQs and assist in vendor cost negotiations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
3–4 years of professional design experience (fitness/retail preferred)
Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and project ownership mindset
Open to local field visits (approx. 80% of role)
