About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Writing Specialist to lead our social media presence and enhance our brand positioning. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, skilled in digital content creation, and have a proven track record in managing social media platforms to drive engagement and build brand value.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and website updates.
Create multimedia content (graphics, short videos, infographics) in collaboration with design teams.
Research trending topics and industry news to position the brand as a thought leader.
Brand Positioning
Develop content and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, visibility, and credibility.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Track and analyze brand sentiment and audience engagement to inform strategy.
Campaign Management & Analytics
Execute paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend optimizations.
Stay updated with social media and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Passion in digital marketing, social media management, or content writing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with social media tools (e. G., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms, and basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe Suite preferred).
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
